  Hi there!

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  I can confirm your refund has been processed. Refunds typically take around 10 business days to reflect in your account, but it depends on processing times at your bank. Please follow up with them directly if you haven’t received the refund by that time.
