  hi, pls give full refund of $70 back to my credit card. I know I’ve made a bunch of changes. This is my FINAL decision—to get FULL $70 refund back. We love WordPress—we’re just very confused now. Need more time to think for domain name. Thx for all yr help! BTW—can you pls email me the full refund receipt? Thx!!

  Hi chiefmathtutor,

  The Personal plan has already been refunded but not the additional domain you purchased. I’ve just refunded the remaining $30 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time. It has been issued as two separate amounts which means they may arrive at slightly different times.
