  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the
  refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

  Your account shows a full was issued earlier today and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @shubhamgmath mentioned, refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around then.
