Hi there, how do I get a refund on my domain purchase? I understand there’s a webpage showing how to do so, but I did not have the option to click ‘Cancel and Refund’ under ‘Manage Purchases’. Awaiting your support. Thanks.

Hello there, I’m not staff but out of curiosity was the domain purchase done more than 30 days ago? As I understand it, if it is under 30 days you can get a full refund, but after 30 days the staff is not able to do any kind of refund, not even pro-rated. Im wondering if maybe that is why you don’t see the Cancel and Refund option.

No problem, I see you have already cancelled the upgrade so I’ve issued a refund. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

@samg0331 — we have a 30 day refund policy for plans, 48 hours for custom domains and we are unable to offer prorated refunds. Not seeing a cancel button is usually a sign that the upgrade has already been cancelled or someone is logged into a different account to the one they made the purchase through :)
