    I cancelled the day I purchased on 15th sept and still haven’t had it refunded

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. So you should be seeing the refund in your account in a few days.

    I have also added a modlook tag so that the staff can assist you.

    I’m following up on the Modlook tag.

    Yes, we processed a complete refund of £36.00 on September 15th. It takes about ten days for that to reach you.

    Once you’ve passed that ten day mark, you should follow up with your financial party. They’ll be able to tell you how the refund will appear on your statement and when they’ll be releasing the money to you.
