  Really unhappy with the site. Please could I have a refund for the full amount of £36.

  Hello there,

  You are able to receive a full refund of a purchase as long as you request the refund within 30 days of that purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days there are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise. Here is the link that shows how to request a refund:

  If you are within the 30 days for whatever purchase you are currently trying to refund then please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. International refunds can take a little longer to reach you.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you initially disputed the payment with your bank before requesting a refund here, so I’m following up with our billing department whether we are still able to issue a refund in this case. I’ll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.

  Okay, your refund has been processed. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
