  I filled a refund form but haven’t received the payment after 7 days. What seems to be the issue ?

  The refund usually takes about 10 business days and it also depends on your bank’s processing time.

  I can confirm your refund has been processed on 18 September. Refunds typically take 10 business days, though it can take longer if you’re using a non-US bank. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please follow up with your bank directly, as we don’t have any control over their processing times.
