Refund!

    Your site was very confusing and too difficult to use; especially for uploading rich content like video (too expensive), and no matter what I did, it gave me a blog and NOT a functional website. So my ‘site’ was never completed and it never went live. I would like a full refund, please and thank you. Bruce

    The site listed above has been deleted. What is the address of the site with the upgrade? As long as you are logged in to the correct account you can instigate a refund via “Manage purchases” if it is less than 30 days since you purchased the upgrade:
