  Hi There, I upgraded to Premium and as it did not provide the pluggins I needed I communicated throw live-chat and organized a refund…. Which was great though a week later I am still waiting for the refund…

  Hi Skywalker,

  I’ve checked your account and a full refund was sent on 19th September. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside of the US) can take a little longer to arrive. Today marks the 7th business days so you’ll likely need to wait a few more days.

  If it hasn’t arrive after 14 business days, please contact your bank so they can check for any processing delays on their end – but rest assured the money has been sent from our side.
