  Hi,

  The refund usually takes about 10 business days and it also depends on your bank’s processing time.

  Hi diffhongkong,

  As @pandeyabhaykumar mentioned, refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement. The refund was sent on 25th September and 10th October will mark the tenth business day. If the refund hasn’t arrived by then, please contact your bank for more information about their processing times.
