Hi, I recently purchase the perle theme, but I am not happy with it and haven’t been able to set up my website the way I would have liked. I would like a refund of the $49 It cost to purchase the theme. I’d love to go back to using the free themes until I get better at using them, then maybe another time look into purchasing a theme. Is a refund possible? How do I go about getting one?

Hi ahavawild,
No problem. I’ve removed the Perle theme from ahavawild.wordpress.com and issued a refund. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
