    Of what yearly fee, and for which site, are you speaking?

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and the last payment on file for this account was for a domain renewal in 2015. That domain, strengthevolutionblog.com, expired in 2016 and is no longer registered with us.

    There is nothing in this account that can be refunded.
