  Hi, i should be getting a refund but I havent received it yet, how long do they take? also in my email it says for $26 but it should be for the amount I was charged, $48

  Hi @ gypsyrayy, I can see you cancelled the domain within 48hours, so you should have received a full refund. That’s on its way now.

  Do allow a few days for that to route back to your bank and appear on the statement. The amount of time it takes depends on your bank, so I’d give it about 5 business days then contact them if you still don’t see it. Note international banks can sometimes take longer for routing, too.

  Also, if you cancelled refunded immediately after purchasing, it may not appear on the statement at all, or in your case it could be listed as a partial charge with the rest of the refund on its way.
