  Hello, I got a refund for a business plan I purchased but haven’t gotten a refund for the premium plan I purchased.

  Hi @choachesrecruit, I can see you’ve got two refunds on their way, and between the two you’ll have a full refund. Please allow a few business days for that to route back to your bank. Note too, if you cancelled immediately after upgrading, that charge may have simply been reversed rather than appearing as a refund on your statement.
