  Receipt says it has refunded me but it hasnt come through

  I can see we processed a business plan refund on 2018-09-25 for $300.00. Typically it takes about ten days for the money to reach you depending on your banks processing times. It’s best to follow up with them about this refund, they can tell you when it’ll be placed in your account and how it will appear on the statement.
