  When I can expect a refund from the cancellation of this account?

  I’ve just issued a refund for the site redirect and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

  Thank you, that covered the site redirect. What about a pro rated refund of the amount that was paid in April?

  We can issue refunds for the first 30 days after purchase but not prorated refunds for unused months:

  Refund a Purchase

  Since there is time left on the plan, I can restore it or transfer it to a different site. Is this something you would be interested in?
