    Hi ktoty1,

    The upgrade for persicia.com was purchased through another WordPress.com account. Please try logging out of ktoty1 and log back in using the email address you purchase receipt was sent to or the username pavel500335974.

    There should be a copy of the refund receipt on the Manage Purchases page in that account.

    I’ll be happy to take a closer look at the refund but I’ll need you reply logged in as pavel500335974 first.
