  Hi been expecting a refund for since the 8th of october, thats longer than 5-7 business days ?

  Howdy –

  The refunds can take 10 days, that’s not uncommon. Have you already checked with your bank? Each place works a bit differently, but they can tell you when the funds are going to be released in to your account, and also how it will be listed on the statement. Since the processing varies so greatly it’s best to follow up with them directly.

  I can confirm that we released A$120.00 on 2018-10-08 back to your account.
