  Ok, well I wouldn’t usually post this info in the support forum because there really should be live chat support provided to all customers, but I never got a refund, and there is literally no way for me to contact WordPress other than this public chat. So once you see this WordPress, please contact me.

  I can see we issued the refund on October 14th. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
