  Hi I havent received my refund for canceling the subscription. My domain is not not active. When will the money be refunded back to my account.

  Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  Also, I have added the “modlook” tag to your post so a staff member can take a look for you.

  Hi vijethaakshaybhat,

  We issued a full refund on 20th October and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take around 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can a take a little longer to arrive.

  But in the meantime, the refund is on its way to you.
