  I am awaiting my refund as I cancelled order of Rs 4200 on 15th Oct. The credit is yet to be received. Request help on priority

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

  I can confirm we processed your refund on 15 October. But we have no control over your bank’s processing times before they show that refund in your account. If you haven’t received the refund after ten business days, please contact your bank directly for help.
