    I am within my 30 days and would like to cancel my plan for WordPress. Can I close my account and receive my refund?

    Hi theoakleymomster,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades, which suggests you have a second account. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please do not share any transaction IDs here, a site address is all I need for now.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of theoakleymomster and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel upgrade from the Manage Purchases page in the other account.
