  Hello, some days ago my subscription was renewed automatically, unfortunately I wanted to close my account before the renewal but I forgot, I could ask for a refund?

  Hi there,

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.
