Hi there,
Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. Here’s your refund receipt:

Dear Sir,
I have checked with my bank ( non – US bank) using the transaction id. They said that they have not received the amount and requested me to check with WordPress and the bank through which they transact. We need help from your side .
Kindly take it on priority since refund was initiated some 20 days before.

Please note that for international refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your bank statement. So, give it some more time and it will show up.

How many days is 1 billing cycle?
Just wanted to know how many days I need to wait to get the refund?Salil

It depends on your bank, but one billing cycle can be a month. If you’ve been through a full billing cycle and don’t see the refund on the statement, you might contact the bank to see if they’re able to see it on your account.

I have used visa debt card for the transactions. My bank is asking me to check with WordPress as they do not have any information about this transaction.

We issued your refund on 24 October, and no longer have any control over those funds. Our payment processor would have already returned it to your bank, and it’s up to them to return it to your account.
I’ll ask our billing team to double check things on our end, but once a refund is processed and we’ve issued a transaction ID for the refund, we don’t control the process any more.

My bank also says that they do not have any control on the refund amount and no visibility on the shared transaction id as it has not yet reached their side. Could you please ask your billing team to double check and refund has gone in the write channel to right person.

Our billing department has confirmed with our payment processor that your refund was issued successfully.
