    Hello! I quited my account at your site and wait for the refund to my credit card. Today is the 10th working day and I wonder where my Money is?

    Hi Hanna,

    A refund was successfully sent from our side and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Please contact your bank and ask if there are any processing delays on their end — processing times vary from bank to bank and international refunds (outside the US) can take longer to arrive.

    In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. Your bank should be able to confirm whether that is the case.
