    Wordpress charges me USD13. Can I know what is it for? I believe I did not sign up for any subscriptions. Therefore, I would like to get a refund.

    I don’t see any subscription on the account you’re contacting us from, but that $13 charge matches our domain registration and mapping upgrades. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that’s using a custom domain?
