  Hi, I was recently charger for wordpress premium. It does not show on my account purhase history that this paymebt was made. It only shows on my bank statement.
  I want a refund please, Im paying for something I dont use anymore.

  Hi –

  It sounds like you bought the plan under a different user account. Do you recall the site address connected with that premium plan?

  Or, can you locate the emailed receipt that we sent after the purchase was processed. It will have the site address listed in that email.

  With that information I can tell you which account you need to sign in with. Thanks :)

  I might not have been clear. After re reading this post. I just want to make sure you understand that the renewal and charge did not come from the user account you’ve used to contact us here. That’s why I am asking for more information.

  Hi,

  I had an account conntected to an email address which I have no access too. Im unable to get into the wordpress account as well as the email account. So when I checked my bank statement I was confused.

  I was charged on the account I have no access too. It’s no longer in use, which is why I asked for a refund.
