  Why does it takes so long to get a refund?

  @fourdsstudio14 the refund is processed right away, but it takes time to route back to your bank. Sometimes it’ll show up within a business day, other times it takes longer. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, your bank may simply void the whole transaction, too.

  I’d recommend waiting 10 business days from the time the refund was processed, then checking with your bank if you still don’t see it by then.
