  Hi,

  Refunds usually take about 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  If the request of refund done just a few minutes after your purchase. Sometimes it won’t show up as a refund because the entire charge was simply canceled.

  I can see we issued you a refund on November 6. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  As @pandeyabhaykumar mentioned, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
