  I just recieved a refund on 118DKK but i would like to know why its only 118DKK and not the 300 that i paid for the website i wanted to refund

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain portion of your plan was not refunded. I’ve manually processed that now, so you should receive the full amount within about ten business days, depending on your bank.
