  Hi, I would like to get the refund. I deleted the domain name. I did a upgrade today, but I Payed with Ideal. How do I get the refund??

  @joelhorzelenberg, for whatever reason, your refund hadn’t processed. But I’ve pushed it through for you.

  You’ll just want to allow time for that to route back, or it may simply be removed from your statement if the charge hadn’t finalized yet.
