Refund

I submitted a request to cancel the domain and get a full refund. The email confirmation I received stated that I would be able to do so and still receive the full refund of $18. I selected the link and received an error stating “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support” This is what I am doing now. Please assist.
