Hello wordpress, recently I bought a ‘personal’ jetpack plan but I realised it is not what I was looking for. Isit possible to get a refund? Thank you.

You can cancel the plan and issue the refund.
head to your Manage Purchases page
Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.More information regarding refund
