Refund

    Hi, I cancelled my wordpress subscription the same day I got it after having a lot of problems. I got a confirmation that it was cancelled but still have not received the refund.

    Hi nicolecypher,

    Your account shows we issued a refund on 16th November 2018 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show your statement. If it hasn’t arrived by that time, please contact your bank to find out if there are any processing delays on their end — this varies between banks.

    In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day (as in this case), banks sometimes remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. I would also recommend asking them whether they have done so.
