i had cancelled the word press premium services more than one week back .I got a mail about the refund,but still amount is not yet creditedThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Refunds can only be returned to the same source from which the payment was made
Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.Still
You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.

@sarandoniparthi it’s true refunds can take a little while. But I noticed you cancelled about a half hour after you made your purchase. In cases like this, it’s possible the transaction was simply voided and won’t show up on your statement at all, as a debit or as a credit.
Can you double check with your bank to see whether that’s what happened?

We processed your refund on 17 November. You can see a receipt for the transaction in your billing history at the link @neelgajjar provided above.
It’s not been ten business days yet, to it’s possible your financial institution is still processing the refund. With non-US banks it can also sometimes take a little longer than ten business days, but please follow up with your bank directly if you still haven’t received it by next week.

i did a follow up they are saying not happened from your end i shared your bill details with them

@sarandoniparthi can you clarify whether they say there was an initial charge or not? Again, I suspect the initial purchase was simply voided on their side.
