  I recently purchased the $48 plan, and wasn’t satisfied. I requested a refund, but only received $18. When will I get the rest of my refund?

  I requested the refund today, only a couple hours after creating my account. I received a partial $18 refund for the domain, but didn’t receive the refund for my $48 plan.

  Hi there,

  The refund you received is for the non-domain portion of your plan – .blog domains cost $30. I have now refunded the domain portion as well.
