I received no confirmation email that this plan has been refunded. Can someone help me out? There seems to be no customer support on this website…

3. Just noting that LiveChat and email support are available to users on a paid plan. Users who have a free-hosted site have their inquiries routed here to the community forums where volunteers and Staff assist.
