Refund

    Why am I being refunded only $70, instead of the full $96. I tried to cancel yesterday, but had to reset my password and then I couldn’t log in because of so many log in attempts. I fell asleep and when I woke thi morning it was the first thing I did. So explain to me a $26 deduction for a site I never used?
