  I would like to close my account and be issued a refund ASAP. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

  You can cancel your purchases through Manage Purchases section.

  The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades through WordPress.com, which suggests you may have another. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here.

  Please also try logging in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to, then reply here so I can check your account.
