  I had a chat where the assistant said my purchases were going to be refunded but I have not seen anything refund.

  I have reviewed your account and see two separate refunds were sent out on November 29th, 2018.

  It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank; however, you can see a receipt in your billing history here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Please check your original payment method for that refund, and after 10 business days have passed, if you still don’t see it, feel free to reach back out to us.
