  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  @ancyraenterprise your refund was processed shortly after you purchased your upgrade.

  There’s a chance your bank may simply void the transaction altogether, removing the initial charge as well as the refund. Otherwise, please do allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear and be correctly routed to your account.
