I subscribed for a personal account and WordPress charged me $50. I realized within 48 hours that the service wasn’t for me and tried to cancel. I thought I would be issued a refund. Not only was I not issued a refund, but WordPress took another $15 out of my account for some reason. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

I can take a look. Are you able to let me know which site is connected to that plan? There aren’t any sites or charges associated with the account you’re using now.

When I log in and go to “my sites” nothing is showing up. So I’m assuming the site was deleted. I’m just wondering why I never received an email telling me my refund was on the way? I’m also wondering why after I cancelled, WordPress took another $15 from my account?
