  when will i get my refund?

  Hi there, refunds usually take between 7-10 business days to process, longer for international transactions, and are returned to the payment method you used. Credit cards can take between 1 and 2 billing cycles before they appear. More about the refund process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  If you haven’t yet received your refund and it’s been longer than that, please first check with your payment method and then come back to this forum thread and let us know.

  Hi karankunal4,

  I’ve checked your account it shows we issued a full refund on 27th November 2018. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @justjennifer mentioned, refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer. If the money hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact your bank so they can check for processing delays on their end.

  In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks sometimes remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. I would also recommend asking them whether they have done so.
