    My subscription was renewed automatically today even though I haven’t used it since buying it a year ago! I tried to get a refund and it said only £10.35 is refunded even though the renewal cost £36. How do I get the rest of my money back?

    Hi there,

    You must have received refund for the non-domain portion of your plan. You will get remaining refund as well if you are eligible for it under WordPress.com refund policy.

    I’ve refunded the domain portion of your plan. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
