  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never purchased any upgrades from WordPress.com. For which upgrade and on which site do you require a refund?

  Upupandsideways.com was the accounts domain name and I just opened it 2 days ago.  Money was taken from my account and it does not say whether it was from bluehost or wordpress.  Please check and order a refund if it was from you, otherwise please just cancel my account.

  Your site upupandsideways.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding a refund.
