  I was suppose to get a refund a while ago and I never received it. How do I actually speak to someone to get my refund.

  Hi @hannahkstclaire, since you cancelled the upgrade less than two hours after buying it, the charge was most likely voided rather than refunded.

  Your bank may display this in different ways, sometimes by not showing the original charge at all because it was never finalized. Can you check with them to confirm whether the funds left your account and whether they were returned?
