  Hi there, if you made a purchase here on WordPressdotcom, you can cancel and request a refund within 30 days of purchase from your Manage Purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  The exception to the 30 days is if you’ve purchased and registered a custom domain name, which needs to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

  After those time periods there is no pro-rated refund.
