Good Morning, I received an email this morning in reference to an automatic payment (of which I for my mistake) I was not aware of wordpress.com of € 96.00. I have not been warned before payment and unfortunately I no longer use that service so I would like to have this money repaid. How can I proceed?

I’ve checked your account and 360outdoor.wordpress.com is using the Free plan — no upgrades have been purchased through this account. Please try entering the payment details into the “Why was I charged?” form here:
If you don’t recognise the charge, please don’t post any transaction IDs on these forums as they are a public place. You can use the
