  I have cancelled my account and surrendered my domain, I paid for the year when signing up and wondering where to request a refund as I did not utilize the entire year/time I did not pay for?

  You can request a refund only within 30 days of purchasing an upgrade (and 48 hours in the case of domains). https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Hi theuglytruthblog8879,

  As @themagicrobot mentioned, plans can only be refunded within 30 days of purchase (48 hours for custom domains). Your plan and domain were cancelled back in September so I’m afraid it’s no longer possible to issue a refund.

  I could restore theuglytruthblog713323039.wordpress.com (as it was deleted less than 30 days ago) as well as the plan and domain for the remaining time. I know you mentioned not using them to date but I just wanted to let you know the option is there.
