Refund

    I signed up to WordPress.com back in April, before realizing that WordPress.org was the needed platform. I contacted them within 30 minutes of signing up informing them of the mistake. I was told that it would be refunded and that it would take several billing cycles but that it would be returned. I have the entire conversation saved. I thanked them and signed up to WordPress.org, the site I had meant to originally. I had forgotten about the chargeback, as I assumed it would be done. I recently stumbled on the conversation in my email and realized I never remembered seeing the refund in my account, I checked statements from then until now and sure enough, the refund had never been deposited. And now, because i dont have a paid WordPress.com account, I have no way to contact support to be able to figure out why I wasn’t refunded my $250. How am I supposed to proceed here?

    I can see we issued the refund on April 5, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    If you still are not seeing that refund in your statements please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
